- Less than effective relationships between sales team and NHS customers
HGS Consultancy Limited consultants are often asked to act as independent facilitators for meetings between client companies and their NHS customers. Some of the recent meetings that have been facilitated include:
- A review of new health economics data for a key product and the development of product champions to train other NHS influencers
- Facilitation of a multidisciplinary group of service users to develop a resource pack for PCTs and patient groups within mental health
- Facilitation of a series of workshops helping PCTs develop and improve their management of repeat prescribing systems and other medicines management services
- A review of an Independent Treatment Centres marketing strategy
